Exhibition
In the accompanying exhibition, 20 exhibitors will be presenting their latest solutions and services.
Networking
We are expecting 300+ decision-makers on site in Berlin. A further 200 online participants have registered for the virtual conference platform.

Virtual conference platform
Our conference platform will be live from February 26. You will receive your access data by e-mail on the same day.
The platform enables AI-based networking with all conference participants (virtual and on-site). Based on your behavior and information, you will receive tailored networking suggestions for target groups that are of interest to you.
Your next steps:

Update your profile.
Study the list of participants for interesting contacts and make contact with other participants.
Arrange face-to-face meetings at the conference or video calls on the platform.

Workshop & Deep Dive
Participation in the workshop and the deep dives is limited to 40 participants and is only possible after registration. If there are still places available, you can take part spontaneously.
Tesla Test Drive
You have the opportunity to test drive a Tesla on site. You can reserve a test drive in advance.
Barcamps
Parallel to the workshop, two open barcamps will be held, each dealing with two issues.
Check-in, arrival & accommodation
Tickets and check-in
All tickets include access to the conference program, the exhibition, full catering and participation in the party.
No e-tickets will be sent in advance!
So that you can check in quickly and conveniently, we have sent you your personal QR code by e-mail (subject: "[Important] Participation briefing for Automotive Masterminds 2024 - Please read").
Alternatively, you can register at the registration desk by presenting your ID card or passport.

For travel information click on the button below. Please note that participants of the Automasterminds Conference receive special conditions for train tickets (DB Special).
Photos of the event
We will have a professional photographer on site.
The first pictures will be published on the first day of the conference at around 13:00 .
The gallery will be constantly updated with new photos during the event.
About a week after the event all event photos will be available in optimized form under the same link. So it's worth taking a look again!
We will also be posting selected images live on our Linkedin page page.
Feel free to use our photos for your social media posts with the hashtag #amm24 or share our posts.
Find photos with yourself - easier than ever before
Use our brand new feature and save a lot of time: When you upload a selfie, our AI-based tool (beta version!) searches the entire photo gallery and identifies all the pictures that feature you.
Of course you can also browse the gallery as usual.
Hint: First pictures are only available from March 5th at about 13:00 o'clock available!
Presentations / video recordings
The slides (if approved for publication by the speaker) will be published after the conference in a password-protected download area for registered participants only. We will inform the participants by e-mail.
The video recordings are published in the conference platform's video library . This offers an AI-based search function with which the transcripts of the videos can be searched for specific topics or keywords.
